Bio

Dr Tammy Campbell leads the Early Years Observatory and EPI’s work on early years, inequalities and wellbeing. She is also a visiting Senior Fellow at the Centre for Analysis of Exclusion at the London School of Economics, where she was based before joining EPI. Her PhD in Quantitative Social Science for Social Policy was awarded in 2016 by the UCL Institute of Education, and she has been researching the lives of babies and young children for over 15 years. Before going into research, Tammy worked with children and teenagers in education and youth services.
